P r o j e c t S c h e d u l e

The project is divided into four main phases. A detailed schedule will be posted at the commencement of each phase.

Phase I - Discovery: reviewing relevant existing data and obtaining personal insights that allow the identification of priority planning issues.
Phase II - Idea Generation: development of campus wide recommendations and study off-site parcels to accommodate a regional campus site.
Phase III - Refinement: fine tune recommendations and design guidelines to orchestrate building and site construction in a unified manner.
Phase IV - Realization: documentation of the planning process and recommendations.

2	March 12-15 2002	Campus Advisory Committee Community Advisory Committee Overview Committee Informal Student Open House	Introduction of the team to the advisory committees. Data gathering and brainstorming to identify priority planning issues.
3	April 17-19 2002	Campus Advisory Committee Community Advisory Committee Overview Committee Public Open House April 18 4:00-6:00 PM Foundation Bldg Campus Open House April 18 9:00-1:00 Student Union	Review campus analysis conclusions and discuss the opportunities and constraints of alternative campus organizational framework plans. The framework plan will identify a preferred organizational strategy for the campus.
4	May 21-23 2002	Campus Advisory Committee Community Advisory Committee Overview Committee	Review the preliminary framework plan and infrastructure system findings. Discuss opportunities and constraints.
5	June 11-13 2002	Campus Advisory Committee Community Advisory Committee Overview Committee Campus & Public Open House June 12 4:00-5:30PM Foundation Bldg	Final presentation of Phase I products. Kick off meeting for Phase II.
6	August 19-21 2002	University Planning Council	Workshop to review Framework Plan
7	October 23-24 2002	Campus Advisory Committee Community Advisory Committee Overview Committee	Discuss further development of campus, focused on Preliminary Parking, Building and Open Space Systems
8	December 12-13 2002	Campus Advisory Committee Community Advisory Committee State Board of Regents	Review further system refinement. Discuss Preliminary Shadow Lane Campus Framework Plan
9	May 25-26 2003	Campus Parking Facilities Management / Utilities Student Life Athletics Purchasing / Shipping / Receiving Community Open House - Paradise Town Board	Review Main Campus Recommendations, Phasing and Triggers, and Campus Metrics Discuss Shadow Lane Campus Focus Group Sessions
