DISCUSSION:

The purpose of this meeting was to report to the Overview Committee our findings and observations from the week's activities (Architecture Building Open House, Physical Linkages Subcommittee Meeting, Media Relations Meeting, and the Campus / Community Advisory Committee Meetings).   After summarizing the issues,  observations, and recommendations from the various meetings, it was agreed that the comments the consultant team were hearing and recording were "on target" and no new issues were being raised (by the various committees).  Our team stressed the importance of the upcoming April visit (to review campus-wide alternatives) and the scheduling of President Harter's time during the next Overview Committee Meeting on April 19, 2002.
